”My journey into entrepreneurship started early at just 8 years old working alongside my dad at a bread company. Mornings began at 2:30 a.m., loading trucks by 3:30 a.m., and making deliveries before sunrise. That routine became my reality, and by 21, I had earned my own route”.

”That first bread route was more than a job it was the foundation. It taught me responsibility, business operations, and the value of ownership, ultimately leading to the creation of Pilgrom Conglomerate Inc., the company that would grow into a multi-industry holding business”.

PCI was founded by Ronnie Pilgrom, Jr, driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and the freedom it creates. Influenced by family and close connections who owned successful businesses, he understood early on the importance of building independent income streams.
What started as a necessity a business domain for a bread route partnership later revealed something bigger.

Instead of limiting the business to one lane, he expanded it.
